Participants are kindly requested to wear their badge during all congress activities to be admitted to the scientific sessions and all the areas of the congress.
Lost badges will be replaced against the payment of a handling fee of €60,00 (22% VAT included) and upon proof of original registration.

Please note that children are not allowed in the Congress area.

A cloakroom will be at participants’ disposal, with the following opening hours:

The Congress is pleased to offer to participants a one-way shuttle service from Mama Shelter, Hotel Villa Maria Regina and Courtyard Central Park to the Congress Venue as follows:

From Grand Hotel Tiberio a return shuttle will operate according to the following schedule:

The Congress is pleased to provide, free of charge, a parking slot, on the left of the main entrance of the Rome Cavalieri Hotel, from September 5 to 8.

The official language of the Meeting is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

A Digital Poster Area will be set up at the Congress venue, with electronic stations, where all E-posters may be viewed throughout the Congress.

Lunches will be not included in the participants’ registration fee. Sponsored Luncheon Panel will be held, from September 6 to 8, during lunch break and box lunches will be provided to the session attendees, as long as available.

Coffee breaks will be held, from September 6 to 8, in the catering area.

In the occasion of the upcoming meeting in Rome, we will act to reduce the amount of printed paper to use less water, conserve energy, help preserve adult trees and contribute to reducing the global CO2 emission.
For this reason, the Scientific Progamme will be available only in digital version. No printed version will be provided. You can download it from the official event website or find it on the event APP ICSES 2023!

All meeting areas will be covered by free Wi-Fi connection, throughout the duration of the congress.

Certificate of attendance can be printed at the self-registration totems showing your congress badge.

Accepted abstracts will be listed on the Table of Contents of the September issue of Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery. The abstract book will be available on USB key, on icses2023.com, and on the official congress APP.

Participants in need of medical assistance should contact the Info Point located at level 0 of the congress venue: an ambulance with a medical equipe is located at the rear entrance of the Rome Cavalieri Hotel.

Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.

Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.

The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Please check the website or the official APP for regular updates. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or change any of the sessions or to add new sessions.
