AIM Italy secured an important block of rooms at special conditions at Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, which is the venue of the conference, and at many other hotels close to Rome Cavalieri.

GUARANTEE/PAYMENT OF HOTEL RESERVATION

Pre-payment of the total amount due for the stay and a reservation fees for Euro 20,00 is requested upon confirmation by charge of a valid credit card or bank transfer.
AIM GROUP International – AIM Congress – Milan Office will issue an invoice for the paid amount.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any change or cancellation of the hotel reservation must be sent in written form to AIM ITALY SRL who reserves the right to charge on the given credit card the following cancellation fees:

  • Before 4th June 2023 | Only the reservation fees (Euro 20,00) will be kept. The remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Before 4th August 2023 | Any cancellation will be charged for 25% of the cancelled value. Reservation fess (€ 20,00) will be kept while the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • After 4th August 2023 | NO refund for any amendments, reduction, no-shows or cancellations

 

Please Note

The rooms booked will be available to the participants for the first night of the reservation. In case of no-show reservations will be automatically cancelled and the hotel will not refund the payment received.

 

ROME CITY TAX – IMPORTANT

Tourists will have to pay the levy upon check out in addition to the hotel bill as follows:

  • € 7,00 per person per night for guests staying at 5-star hotels
  • € 6,00 per person per night for guests staying at 4-star hotels
  • € 4,00 per person per night for guests staying at 3-star hotels

In the unlikely case that the “ICSES 2023” cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organizers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by Italian or foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc.) the Congress Organizers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as registration fee, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.
